THREE-CHOCOLATE FUDGE
I make this fudge at Christmastime to give to friends and neighbors. That tradition started years ago when I made more candy than my husband, three sons and I could eat, so we shared it. It's a tasty tradition I'm glad to continue. -Betty Grantham, Hanceville, Alabama

Tips:
- Use a heavy-bottomed saucepan. This will help to prevent the fudge from scorching.
- Stir the fudge constantly. This will help to prevent the sugar from crystallizing and will result in a smooth, creamy fudge.
- Be patient. Fudge takes time to cook. Don't be tempted to rush the process, or you'll end up with a grainy, crumbly fudge.
- Use a candy thermometer. This is the best way to ensure that the fudge reaches the correct temperature. A candy thermometer will also help you to avoid overcooking the fudge, which can make it hard and brittle.
- Don't be afraid to experiment. There are many different ways to make fudge. You can add different flavors, such as chocolate, peanut butter, or vanilla. You can also add nuts, dried fruits, or candy pieces.
Conclusion:
Fudge is a delicious and versatile treat that can be enjoyed by people of all ages. With a little practice, you can easily make fudge at home. Just follow the tips in this article and you'll be sure to end up with a perfect batch of fudge every time.
