- Preheat grill for high heat.
- In a large bowl, mix together ground round, bread crumbs, lemon grass, shallot, chili peppers, and peanuts. Season with salt and pepper. Form into patties. If you are making these ahead of time, do not add peanuts until you are ready to grill.
- Lightly oil grate, and place burgers on grill. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes per side. Remove from grill, and sprinkle burgers with lime juice.

- Gather the ingredients.
- Whisk mayonnaise, lime juice, and cilantro in a small bowl.
- Cover with plastic wrap and set aside.
- Gather the ingredients.
- Whisk lime juice, garlic, olive oil, salt, sweet chili sauce, ginger, cilantro, and basil in a small bowl.
- Combine cucumber, red pepper, and bean sprouts in a large bowl.
- Toss with dressing to coat.
- Cover with plastic wrap and set aside.

- Combine chuck, salt, sweet chili sauce, green onions , and chip pieces in a large bowl, handling as little as possible.
- Shape into six patties.

- 1. For the Burger: saute' the mushrooms in oil till tender. Take off the stove and set aside. Next mix together the pork, ground chuck, fish sauce, green onions, curry paste and salt. Then mix in the the mushrooms with the meat mixture. Let sit in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
- 2. For the slaw: in a frying pan on medium heat; saute' the fresh ginger, and garlic till fragrant. Add the soy sauce and brown sugar and mix for a about 30 seconds. Take off the burner and set a side.
- 3. Next step for slaw: Mix in a medium bowl, the broccoli slaw, bell pepper, seasoned rice vinegar, sesame oil, green onions, sugar, nuts and then the ginger garlic mixture you sauteed earlier and salt and pepper to taste. Mix well and place in the fridge for about 4 hours.
- 4. For the Cilantro Lime Mayo: In a small bowl mix together the light mayo, chopped cilantro, lime zest and lime juice. Mix well and set a side till ready to use.
- 5. When you are ready to cook the burger. Heat your grill to meduim. ( you can use your indoor grill too.)Make 6 thick patties. Cook on each side for about 6 minutes or on your indoor grill for about 10 minutes. While the burgers are cooking toast the buns. Then slather on some cilantro lime mayo on the bun. Next when the burger is done place it on the bun and finish it off with some Asian slaw on top of the burger. ENJOY!
