**Recipes:**

1. **Classic Gai Pad King:**

This traditional recipe serves as the foundation for this beloved Thai dish. Succulent chicken is marinated in a flavorful blend of soy sauce, garlic, and pepper, then stir-fried with a medley of colorful vegetables like bell peppers, carrots, and baby corn. The magic lies in the rich sauce, a harmonious balance of oyster sauce, fish sauce, and a touch of tamarind paste, which coats every ingredient in a symphony of sweet, savory, and slightly tangy notes.

2. **Vegetarian Gai Pad King:**

For those embracing a plant-based lifestyle, our vegetarian Gai Pad King offers a delightful twist on this classic dish. A vibrant array of vegetables, including broccoli, snow peas, and mushrooms, provide a symphony of textures and colors. The same delectable sauce from the classic recipe brings harmony to the dish, ensuring a satisfying and flavorful experience.

3. **Low-Carb Gai Pad King:**

Instead of rice, we introduce a base of cauliflower rice, a nutrient-rich and low-carb substitute that maintains the integrity of the dish. The chicken and vegetables remain the stars of the show, marinated and stir-fried to perfection. THAI GINGER CHICKEN (GAI PAD KING)

Thai Ginger Chicken (Gai Pad King) image

My family loved ordering this dish at our local Thai restaurant, but then they closed down for some unknown reason (they were always busy). So I decided to recreate this traditional dish at home. My husband says it's just like the restaurant...maybe even better? Please note that some people like to eat the ginger, while others don't but like the flavor it gives off. You can easily double this recipe to serve a larger group...plus it makes great leftovers.
