3 tablespoons mayonnaise
Juice of 1 lime
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
4 slices pepper jack cheese (about 3 ounces)
4 sesame potato buns

1 large egg, beaten
1 teaspoon chili powder
½ teaspoon Kosher salt
2 tablespoons canola oil
4 slices Monterey jack cheese
4 burger buns, split and toasted
1 cup chunky salsa

  • 1. Place a box grater on 2 sheets of paper towels. Grate the zucchini on the large holes of the grater. Roll in the paper towels to squeeze out as much liquid as possible.
