  • Use high-quality ingredients: The quality of your ingredients will directly affect the taste of your enchiladas. Use fresh, ripe vegetables, and high-quality cheese and spices.
  • Don't overcook your chicken: Chicken can easily become dry and tough if it's overcooked. Cook it until it reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit, then remove it from the heat and let it rest before shredding it.
  • Use a flavorful enchilada sauce: The enchilada sauce is one of the most important components of this dish. Choose a sauce that has a rich, complex flavor. You can use a store-bought sauce or make your own.
  • Assemble your enchiladas carefully: When you're assembling your enchiladas, be sure to spread the sauce evenly over the tortillas and add plenty of cheese. You also want to make sure that the enchiladas are rolled up tightly so that they don't fall apart when you bake them.
  • Bake your enchiladas until they're golden brown: Bake your enchiladas at a high temperature until they're golden brown and bubbly. This will help to crisp up the tortillas and melt the cheese.
