2 tablespoons honey
1/2 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons sesame oil

Steps:

  • Place the pork chops in a large ziplock bag. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, garlic, ginger, brown sugar, and sesame oil.
  • Pour the marinade over the pork chops and seal the bag, squeezing out all the air.
  • Move the pork chops around in the marinade until they are all evenly coated.

1/4 teaspoon white wine or chicken broth
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
