Tips:
- Choose the right cut of turkey: For this recipe, you'll want to use boneless, skinless turkey medallions. These are typically cut from the breast or tenderloin of the turkey, and they're relatively lean and tender.
- Don't overcook the turkey: Turkey can quickly become dry and tough if it's overcooked. Cook the medallions for just a few minutes per side, or until they're cooked through but still juicy.
- Use a flavorful marinade: Marinating the turkey medallions in a flavorful mixture of herbs, spices, and liquids will help to add flavor and moisture to the meat.
- Cook the medallions in a hot skillet: This will help to sear the outside of the medallions and lock in the juices.
- Serve the medallions with your favorite sides: Turkey medallions can be served with a variety of sides, such as roasted vegetables, mashed potatoes, or rice.
Conclusion:
Turkey medallions are a delicious and versatile dish that can be enjoyed for lunch, dinner, or even as an appetizer. They're easy to make and can be customized to your liking. So next time you're looking for a quick and easy meal, give turkey medallions a try!
