1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Tips:

  • Use fresh corn. Fresh corn on the cob is the best choice for this recipe, but you can also use frozen or canned corn in a pinch.
  • Don't overcook the corn. Corn should be cooked until it is tender, but not mushy. Overcooked corn will lose its flavor and texture.
  • Use a good quality cheese. The type of cheese you use will make a big difference in the flavor of the bake. Use a sharp cheddar or Gruyère cheese for a flavorful dish.
  • Don't be afraid to experiment. There are many ways to customize this recipe to your liking. Try adding different vegetables, herbs, or spices.
