SWISS CHICKEN QUICHE
I've never been much of a fan of quiche but a friend made this for a potluck at work and so I tried it not wanting to hurt her feelings. I have to admit, I was pleasantly surprised to find the flavor delightful, comforting and wanting seconds. It's so quick and easy and I'm sure your taste buds will be asking for seconds also.

Tips:
- Use fresh ingredients: The fresher the ingredients, the better your quiche will taste. This is especially true for the eggs, milk, and cheese.
- Don't overcook the quiche: The quiche is done when the center is just set. If you overcook it, the filling will be dry and rubbery.
- Let the quiche cool slightly before serving: This will allow the filling to firm up and make it easier to slice.
- Serve the quiche with a salad or soup: This will make a complete and satisfying meal.
