Tips:

- Choose a fully cooked ham for easier and quicker preparation. - If using a pre-cooked ham, allow it to come to room temperature before glazing and baking. - For a sweeter glaze, add more brown sugar or honey. - For a spicier glaze, add more cayenne pepper or chili powder. - If the glaze starts to burn during baking, cover the ham with foil. - Allow the ham to rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing and serving. This allows the juices to redistribute throughout the meat.

Conclusion:

Sweet and spicy glazed ham is an impressive and delicious dish that is perfect for any special occasion. With its combination of sweet, savory, and spicy flavors, this ham is sure to be a hit with your guests. Follow the tips above to ensure that your ham turns out perfectly.
