3/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup water
1/3 cup cider vinegar
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon cornstarch
2 tablespoons cold water

Steps:

  • Sprinkle pork chops with pepper. In a large skillet coated with cooking spray, cook pork over medium heat for 4-6 minutes on each side or until lightly browned. 1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 cup water
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 -2 teaspoon cornstarch

Steps:

  • Brown pork chops in a little oil or coat the pan with cooking spray.
  • Mix together brown sugar, vinegar, water and soy sauce.
  • When pork chops are browned, pour the sauce over them and let it come to a boil.
