1 cup chopped strawberry licorice twists (such as Twizzlers®)
2 cups broken small pretzels
2 ½ cups brown sugar
2 cups butter

Tips:

  • Use fresh popcorn kernels. Stale kernels will not pop as well and will result in a lower yield of popcorn.
  • Heat the oil over medium-high heat. This will help the popcorn kernels pop quickly and evenly.
  • Do not overcrowd the pot. If you add too many kernels to the pot, they will not have enough room to pop properly and you will end up with a lot of unpopped kernels.
  • Shake the pot constantly. This will help to distribute the heat evenly and prevent the popcorn from burning.
  • Remove the popcorn from the heat as soon as it stops popping. If you leave it on the heat for too long, it will start to burn.
  • Season the popcorn with your favorite toppings. There are endless possibilities, so get creative!

Conclusion:

Sweet and salty popcorn is a delicious and easy-to-make snack that is perfect for any occasion. With just a few simple ingredients, you can create a batch of popcorn that is sure to please everyone. So next time you are looking for a quick and easy snack, give sweet and salty popcorn a try. You won't be disappointed!
