Tips:

  • Mise en Place: Before you start baking, make sure you have all of your ingredients and tools ready to go. This will help you stay organized and avoid any scrambling.
  • Fresh Ingredients: Use the freshest ingredients possible for the best flavor. This is especially important for the pumpkin puree.
  • Don't Overmix: Overmixing the batter can make your muffins tough. Mix just until the ingredients are combined.
  • Muffin Liners: Use muffin liners to prevent the muffins from sticking to the pan. If you don't have muffin liners, you can grease the muffin cups with cooking spray.
  • Don't Overfill the Muffin Cups: Fill the muffin cups no more than 2/3 full. This will allow the muffins to rise properly.
  • Bake at the Right Temperature: Bake the muffins at the correct temperature for the specified amount of time. Check the muffins for doneness by inserting a toothpick into the center. If the toothpick comes out clean, the muffins are done.
