1/2 cup sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 large egg, room temperature
3/4 cup 2% milk
1/4 cup canola oil
GLAZE:
1/4 cup confectioners' sugar
1 to 2 teaspoons 2% milk
