COPYCAT SUBWAY® ORCHARD CHICKEN SALAD SUB
I found this recipe when I was looking for this recipe or one close to it. I tried this at Subway and really liked it. Subway always uses light Mayo. In this recipe the salt and pepper are optional. Use more or less mayo to suit your own taste and the same with the fruits. I like to add a few more fruits. There is no cook time unless you are cooking your chicken for this recipe. I use left over or canned.

Tips:
- Use high-quality ingredients: Fresh, flavorful ingredients will make your salad sub taste its best. Look for ripe fruits and vegetables, and use high-quality mayonnaise and yogurt.
- Don't overmix the salad: Overmixing can make the salad watery and bland. Gently toss the ingredients together until they are just combined.
- Chill the salad before serving: This will help the flavors to meld and make the salad more refreshing.
- Serve the salad on a toasted sub roll: This will add a delicious crunch to the sandwich.
- Get creative with your toppings: There are endless possibilities for toppings on an orchard chicken salad sub. Try adding chopped walnuts, dried cranberries, or crumbled bacon.
