Steps:

  • Hull strawberries and slice in 1/4-inch thick slices, about 3 slices per strawberry.

Tips:

  • Use fresh strawberries. Fresh strawberries have the best flavor and texture. If you can't find fresh strawberries, you can use frozen strawberries, but be sure to thaw them completely before using.
  • Make sure the strawberries are ripe. Ripe strawberries are sweeter and more flavorful than unripe strawberries.
  • Don't overcook the strawberries. Overcooked strawberries will become mushy and lose their flavor.
  • Use a good quality pudding mix. A good quality pudding mix will make a smooth and creamy pudding. You can use any flavor of pudding mix you like, but vanilla or strawberry are classic choices.
  • Don't over-bake the pie. An over-baked pie will have a dry crust and a runny filling.
  • Let the pie cool completely before serving. This will allow the pudding to set and the pie to firm up.

Conclusion:

Strawberry pudding pie is a delicious and easy-to-make dessert that is perfect for any occasion. With its creamy pudding filling and flaky crust, this pie is sure to be a hit with everyone who tries it. So next time you're looking for a sweet treat, give strawberry pudding pie a try!
