- 1. Preheat oven tp 350°. Grease & flour a bundt type cake pan. (I use Bakers Joy.)
- 2. Cream butter & add eggs one at a time. Add daiquiri mix & strawberry puree (see note). Mix well.
- 3. Add cake, pudding mixes & mix well.
- 4. Pour into prepared pan & bake for 45 - 50 min or until done.
- 5. Let cool about 15 minutes before turning out onto plate. Let cool about another 10 minutes before glaze is added.
- 6. Glaze: Stir powdered sugar, melted butter & strawberry puree together (1 Tbsp @ a time) until desired thickness. Drizzle over still warm cake.
- 7. *Note* Completely thaw frozen sliced strawberries & mix in blender until pureed.
