QUICK STOVE TOP SPINACH ARTICHOKE DIP
This dip is so quick and easy, but to make it even easier, you can make it ahead of time and then re-heat or bake it the day that you want to serve it. We've also made large batches of this dip and placed them in baking dishes and chilled them in the fridge. When the party day arrives, take out the dip and allow it to come to room temperature, then bake it at 350°F for about 20 minutes or until all the cheese is completely melted and hot.

THE BEST SPINACH ARTICHOKE DIP
This is our best version of the classic party dip. It's savory and creamy with a slight tang from sour cream and Parmesan -- so hard to resist. We like to use frozen whole leaf spinach and chop it ourselves for more control over the finished texture of the dish.

Steps:
- Position a rack in the upper third of the oven and preheat to 350 degrees F. Spray a 1-quart baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Put the cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise and garlic in a large bowl. Mix vigorously until combined and smooth. (If you prefer, you can use a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment.) Add the spinach to the cream cheese mixture, breaking it up as you add it. Add the artichokes, mozzarella and 1/2 cup of the Parmesan, mixing to combine. Season with salt and pepper. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and top with the remaining 1/4 cup Parmesan.
- Bake until the dip begins to bubble, 20 to 25 minutes. Turn the oven to broil and continue to cook, keeping an eye on it so it doesn't burn, until the top is golden brown, about 5 minutes. Serve warm with crackers, chips or toasted bread.

ARTICHOKE SPINACH DIP
This is a great dip! It's prepared on the stove top instead of in the oven. Even veggie haters love this, and I'm always asked for the recipe whenever I make it. Omit the Parmesan cheese, if desired.

Tips:
- Use fresh spinach: Fresh spinach has a brighter flavor and more nutrients than frozen spinach. When using fresh spinach, be sure to wash it thoroughly and remove any tough stems.
- Cook the spinach thoroughly: Spinach should be cooked until it is tender but still has a slight crunch. Overcooked spinach will become mushy and lose its flavor.
- Use a high-quality artichoke dip mix: There are many different brands of artichoke dip mix available. Choose a brand that you like the taste of and that is made with high-quality ingredients.
- Add extra flavorings: Feel free to add other flavorings to your spinach and artichoke dip, such as garlic, onion, red pepper flakes, or chopped herbs.
- Serve with a variety of dippers: Spinach and artichoke dip is delicious served with tortilla chips, crackers, bread, or vegetables.
Conclusion:
Spinach and artichoke dip is a delicious and versatile appetizer that is perfect for any occasion. It is easy to make and can be tailored to your own taste preferences. Serve it with your favorite dippers and enjoy!
