1 (14 ounce) package wonton wrappers
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 1/2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar

Tips:

  • Choose the right potstickers: Look for potstickers that are plump and have a little bit of give when you press them. Avoid potstickers that are too hard or too soft.
  • Use a non-stick pan: This will help prevent the potstickers from sticking to the pan and breaking apart.
  • Heat the pan over medium heat: If the pan is too hot, the potstickers will brown too quickly and won't have a chance to cook through.
  • Add just enough water to cover the bottom of the pan: You don't want to add too much water, or the potstickers will become soggy.
  • Cover the pan: This will help the potstickers steam and cook evenly.
  • Cook the potstickers for the recommended amount of time: Overcooking the potstickers will make them tough.
  • Serve the potstickers with your favorite dipping sauce: Soy sauce, vinegar, and chili oil are all popular choices.
