Tips:
- Use fresh spinach for the best flavor and texture.
- If you don't have any fresh spinach, you can use frozen spinach that has been thawed and squeezed dry.
- Use a variety of cheeses for a more flavorful filling. Some good options include mozzarella, cheddar, Parmesan, and feta.
- If you don't have any phyllo dough, you can use puff pastry instead. Just be sure to roll it out thinly so that it's easy to work with.
- Be careful not to overcook the bundles. They should be cooked until the phyllo dough is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
