Tips:

  • Use fresh spinach: Fresh spinach has a more vibrant flavor and texture than frozen spinach. If you're using frozen spinach, be sure to thaw and drain it well before adding it to the pasta.
  • Don't overcook the spinach: Spinach cooks very quickly, so it's important to not overcook it. Otherwise, it will become limp and lose its flavor.
  • Use a good quality bacon: The bacon is one of the main ingredients in this dish, so it's important to use a good quality bacon that you enjoy the taste of.
  • Cook the bacon until it's crispy: Crispy bacon adds a lot of flavor and texture to the pasta. So, be sure to cook the bacon until it's nice and crispy.
  • Use a flavorful cheese: The cheese is another important ingredient in this dish, so it's important to use a flavorful cheese that you enjoy. A good option is a sharp cheddar cheese.
  • Serve the pasta immediately: This pasta dish is best served immediately after it's made. Otherwise, the pasta will start to absorb the sauce and become mushy.
