SPICY SAUSAGE PASTA
The kind that can be whipped up in thirty minutes or less from start to finish and only mess up one dish. And of course, they need to knock-my-socks-off with flavor as well! I am so in love with this spicy, creamy, cheesy pasta for all of those reasons. It is just packed with so many incredible flavors. This came from Kevin & Amanda. When I made this recipe I made minor changes to the recipe. I used vegetable oil, mozzarella flavored sausages, half & half, and cheddar cheese. Next time I plan to not use Rotel as this was a bit to spicy for my families taste.

Tips:
- Use a variety of sausages: Experiment with different types of sausages, such as Italian, chorizo, or spicy bratwurst, to add different flavors to the dish.
- Don't be afraid to adjust the spice level: If you like your food spicy, add more red pepper flakes or chili powder. If you prefer a milder dish, reduce the amount of spice or omit it altogether.
- Cook the linguine al dente: This means that the pasta should be cooked until it is slightly firm to the bite. Overcooked pasta will be mushy and won't hold the sauce well.
- Use a good quality olive oil: Extra virgin olive oil is the best choice for this dish, as it has a rich flavor and aroma. If you don't have extra virgin olive oil, you can use a regular olive oil.
- Garnish with fresh herbs: Fresh basil, parsley, or oregano add a bright, fresh flavor to the dish. You can also add a squeeze of lemon juice for a bit of acidity.
Conclusion:
Spicy sausage linguine is a quick and easy weeknight meal that is packed with flavor. It's a great way to use up leftover sausage, and it's also a good dish to make for a crowd. Serve it with a side of crusty bread or a green salad, and you've got a delicious and satisfying meal.
