1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp dried oregano, crushed
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper

Cover and cook on low heat for 4 to 6 hours or on high heat for 2 to 3 hours. Skim fat from sauce before serving

Tips:

  • Use fresh, high-quality ingredients. This will make a big difference in the flavor of your meatballs.
  • Don't overmix the meatball mixture. Overmixing will make the meatballs tough.
  • Use a light touch when shaping the meatballs. Don't pack them too tightly, or they will be dense and dry.
  • Brown the meatballs in a hot pan. This will help to seal in the juices and prevent them from drying out.
  • Simmer the meatballs in a flavorful sauce. This will help to develop their flavor and keep them moist.
