- Combine frozen soy crumbles, cheese and taco seasoning in a small microwave-safe bowl. Heat in microwave for 30 seconds.
- Warm tortilla for a few seconds in the microwave (making it easier to fold without ripping), and then lay it out on a flat surface.
- Place the soy crumble mixture in the center of the tortilla. Flatten the mixture into a circle, keeping it about 2 inches from the edge of the tortilla.
- Next, layer the tortilla chips on top of the soy crumble mixture. Evenly top with sour cream, lettuce and then tomato.
- FOLDING INSTRUCTIONS: Starting at the bottom of the tortilla, fold edge up to the center of the tortilla. Then going around the edge of the tortilla, repeatedly fold overlapping sections to meet the center, for a total of about 6 folds (until filling is completely enclosed).
- In a pan sprayed with nonstick spray, over medium heat, carefully place the folded tortilla in the center of the pan (folded side down). Heat for 3 - 4 minutes. Carefully flip the wrap with a spatula and heat for another 30 seconds. Enjoy!

- Place cream of chicken soup, tomatoes, salsa, milk and water in rice cooker.
- Stir to combine. Add chicken. Set to "Cook.".
- Check after about 30-45 minutes. If chicken seems done, take out and debone.
- Thicken sauce with Wondra. Add chicken back to cooker. Set on "Cook" again.
- Meanwhile, cook spaghetti. Chicken will be done by the time spaghetti is cooked.
- Serve with crusty bread and a salad.
- NOTE:.
- This recipe could also be started the day before using so you can remove the chicken and cool it overnight; and by refrigerating the liquids overnight you can remove the layer of solidified fat.
- Just bring the liquid and de-boned chicken up to a boil in the ricecooker and continue with the rest of it.

- Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Saute chicken in butter until lightly browned.
- Place chicken in greased 8x8 baking dish.
- In skillet, saute mushrooms until lightly browned; add sour cream and soup.
- Cook and stir for 1 minute, scraping bits from bottom of pan.
- Add garlic salt and paprika.
- Pour mixture over chicken.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, until juices run clear.

- In a shallow dish or bowl, combine 4 tablespoons flour, paprika, 1 teaspoon salt and pepper. Coat chicken breasts with the flour mixture. In a large skillet, brown the coated chicken in 1/4 cup of butter or margarine. Add the water, cover and let simmer covered for 25 to 30 minutes.
- Meanwhile, preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- When chicken breasts are done simmering, remove from the skillet and place in a 9x13 inch baking dish; save drippings. Combine remaining 2 tablespoons flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt and half-and-half.
