1/2 cup light coconut milk
1 1/2 cups whole wheat panko crumbs
1 cup shredded unsweetened coconut, preferably Bob's Red Mill
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

1 cup store-bought mango chutney
1/4 cup Greek yogurt

Lastly, lay the chicken in the panko mixture, turning it over and pressing into the breading to coat evenly. Place on the wire rack. Spray the chicken with additional cooking spray. Bake until golden brown, 18 to 20 minutes. (See Cook's Note.)

Tips:

  • To make the best spicy agrodolce wing sauce, use fresh ingredients whenever possible. This will give your sauce the best flavor and aroma.
  • Don't be afraid to adjust the spiciness of the sauce to your liking. If you like it mild, use less chili peppers. If you like it hot, use more.
  • Be careful not to overcook the wings. Otherwise, they will become dry and tough. The best way to tell if the wings are done is to insert a meat thermometer into the thickest part of the wing. The wings are done when they reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Serve the wings immediately with your favorite dipping sauce. Some popular dipping sauces for spicy agrodolce wings include ranch dressing, blue cheese dressing, and honey mustard.

Conclusion:

Spicy agrodolce wing sauce is a delicious and versatile sauce that can be used on chicken wings, chicken nuggets, or even shrimp. It is also a great sauce to use for dipping vegetables or spring rolls. The combination of sweet and spicy flavors is sure to please everyone at your next party or gathering. So next time you're looking for a new and exciting way to enjoy your chicken wings, give this spicy agrodolce wing sauce a try. You won't be disappointed!
