Marinade:
2 Tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 ½ Tablespoons soy sauce
2 garlic cloves, crushed
2 teaspoons peeled, grated fresh ginger
1 ½ teaspoons oriental sesame oil
1 pinch of dried red pepper flakes
½ teaspoon sugar

Steps:
