12 ounces uncooked spaghetti
1-1/2 pounds ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
1 envelope taco seasoning
1 jar (26 ounces) spaghetti sauce
1 jar (4-1/2 ounces) sliced mushrooms, drained
1 can (2-1/4 ounces) sliced ripe olives, drained
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, sour cream, salsa and picante sauce

Steps:

  • Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink, breaking it into crumbles; drain. , Stir in the taco seasoning, spaghetti sauce, mushrooms and olives. Drain spaghetti; stir into the beef mixture., Transfer to a greased 13x9-in. or 3-qt. baking dish; sprinkle with cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 350° until heated through, 25-30 minutes. 1/2 lb. lean ground turkey
1 1/4 cups Old El Paso™ Thick 'n Chunky salsa
3/4 cup frozen corn, thawed
1 (15-oz.) can black beans, drained, rinsed
1 teaspoon cumin
6 oz. (1 1/2 cups) shredded Cheddar cheese
2 eggs

  • Cook spaghetti as directed on package. Drain.
  • Meanwhile, heat oven to 350°F. Spray 9 1/2-inch deep-dish glass pie pan with nonstick cooking spray. 8 ounces uncooked spaghetti
1/2 cup milk
1 egg
1 lb ground pork or 1 lb ground beef
1 cup onion, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tablespoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 (8 ounce) cans tomato sauce
1 (15 ounce) can light kidney beans, rinsed and drained
1 -8 ounce shredded jalapeno monterey jack and cheddar cheese blend
dried cilantro (optional)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 425* degrees.
