2 pounds ground beef
1 envelope taco seasoning
1-1/2 cups water
1 can (16 ounces) mild chili beans, undrained
1 can (15-1/4 ounces) whole kernel corn, drained
1 can (15 ounces) pinto beans, rinsed and drained
1 can (14-1/2 ounces) stewed tomatoes
1 can (10 ounces) diced tomato with green chiles
1 can (4 ounces) chopped green chiles, optional
1 envelope ranch salad dressing mix

Steps:

1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1 large onion
1 (28 ounce) can diced tomatoes
1 (15 ounce) can kidney beans
1 (15 ounce) can pinto beans
1 (4 1/2 ounce) can green chilies
1 (1 ounce) packet ranch dressing
1 (1 ounce) packet taco seasoning
1 (15 ounce) can corn

Steps:

  • Brown ground beef and saute' onion along with it. Drain.
  • Combine all other ingredients in large saucepan and add ground beef and onion when done. Simmer for 45 minutes. Add the can of corn and simmer for 15 more minutes.
