1 (19 7/8 ounce) box brownie mix
2 eggs
1/4 cup oil
1/2 cup water
1 cup sour cream
1 (16 ounce) container coconut pecan frosting
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup chopped pecans

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 (175 c); grease 9x13 inch baking pan.
  • Mix brownie mix, eggs, oil, water.
  • Add sour cram and coconut pecan frosting mix, spread in prepared pan.
  • Bake for 20 minutes.
  • Take out of oven and sprinkle with chocolate chips and chopped pecans.
  • Place back in oven for 5-8 minutes, take out and use a spatula to spread chocolate chips around to frost brownies.

5 tablespoons sour cream
125 g butter
4 medium eggs
1 teaspoon Tia Maria (or vanilla extract)
250 ml golden caster sugar
150 ml plain flour
125 ml cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Grease a deep 8x8 baking tin.
  • melt butter in microwave.
  • Add sugar and eggs to melted butter.
  • When properly mixed add sour cream and Tia Maria(or vanilla extract).
  • Add all other ingredients to the bowl and mix well.
  • Put into the tin and bake it for 30 minutes
  • Cool in tin for 20 minutes.
  • Cut the brownie into 24 squares but, make sure that the brownie is very cool before cutting.
