1 garlic clove, minced
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 tablespoons capers
1 teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning
1/2 cup fat free sour cream
1 1/2 lbs salmon fillets

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  • Coat a baking sheet with cooking spray.
