Tips:

  • Choose the right chicken thighs: Look for bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs for the best flavor and texture.
  • Use a good quality paprika: Hungarian paprika is a good choice for this recipe, but you can also use Spanish or smoked paprika.
  • Don't overcrowd the chicken: Make sure there is enough space between the chicken thighs so that they can cook evenly.
  • Cook the chicken until it is cooked through: The internal temperature of the chicken should reach 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Let the chicken rest before serving: This will help the juices redistribute throughout the chicken, making it more tender and flavorful.

Conclusion:

Smoke-roasted chicken thighs with paprika is a delicious and easy-to-make dish that is perfect for a weeknight meal. The chicken is juicy and flavorful, and the paprika gives it a smoky, slightly spicy flavor. This dish is sure to please everyone at the table.
