Tips:

  • Use high-quality ingredients: The better the ingredients, the better the bread pudding will be. Use fresh bread, good quality white chocolate, and full-fat milk.
  • Don't overcook the bread pudding: The bread pudding is done when it is set in the center and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Overcooking will make the bread pudding dry and crumbly.
  • Let the bread pudding cool slightly before serving: This will allow the flavors to meld and the bread pudding to firm up slightly.
  • Serve the bread pudding with your favorite toppings: Some popular toppings include whipped cream, ice cream, fresh berries, and caramel sauce.
  • Make ahead: Bread pudding can be made ahead of time and refrigerated for up to 3 days. You can also freeze bread pudding for up to 2 months.
