6 tablespoons butter
2 large onions, sliced
1 cup packed brown sugar
½ (28 ounce) bottle ketchup
3 tablespoons cider vinegar
1 ½ teaspoons spicy brown mustard
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons hot pepper sauce
1 pound kielbasa sausage, cut into 1 inch pieces

Steps:

2 tablespoons cornstarch
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar (or balsamic vinegar)

1/3 cup brown sugar (packed)

Steps:

  • Place a sieve or colander over a bowl and drain the pineapple, reserving the juice.

1 medium onion, chopped
1 small green pepper, chopped
1 celery rib, chopped

1/2 cup cider vinegar
