Tips:

- Use Fresh Ingredients: Fresh herbs, spices, and vegetables provide the best flavor.
- Choose the Right Cheese: Use a cheese that melts well, such as mozzarella, cheddar, or Parmesan.
- Stuff the Meatballs Properly: Make a small indentation in the center of each meatball and fill it with cheese. Make sure not to overfill, as the cheese may leak out during cooking.
- Brown the Meatballs: Browning the meatballs before adding them to the slow cooker helps develop flavor and prevent them from falling apart.
- Use a Thick Sauce: The sauce should be thick enough to coat the meatballs and prevent them from drying out. Add cornstarch or flour to thicken the sauce if needed.
- Cook the Meatballs on Low: Cooking the meatballs on low heat ensures they cook evenly and thoroughly without drying out.
- Serve Immediately: Cheese-stuffed meatballs are best served hot out of the slow cooker. You can garnish them with fresh herbs or grated Parmesan cheese.
