Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Cook ground beef with onion in large skillet until browned, drain.
- add ketchup, sour cream, salt and garlic powder to beef mixture.
- Pat or roll each biscuit into a 4 inch square on a floured surface.
- Place squares on an ungreased cookie sheet.
- Spoon 1/4 cup of ground beef mix into the center of each biscuit.
- Fold over the corner of each square to form a triangle.
- Seal edges with a fork.
- Cut 2-3 small slits in the top of each turnover to let steam escape.
- Bake 15-20 min or until golden brown.

- 2. in a large skillet brown ground beef and onion, and drain.
- 3. add salt , garlic, catsup, and sour cream.simmer for 3-4 minutes.
- 4. separate the dough into 10 biscuits . press or roll each biscuit to a 4x4" square.
- 5. place about 1/4 cup meat mixture into center of each square, fold over corners of dough to form a triangle, seal edges firmly with a fork.
- 6. place on ungreased cookie sheet cut two 1/2" slits on top bake at 375 for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
