½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons butter, melted

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
  • In a saucepan over medium heat, add the ground beef and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

1 large green bell pepper, diced
1/2 yellow onion, diced
5 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/2 cups ketchup
2 teaspoons chili powder
2 teaspoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
3 to 4 dashes Worcestershire sauce
Hot sauce, to taste
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
16 soft slider buns
1 cup canned fried onions, such as French's
Red grapes, for serving

  • Place the beef in a large pot over medium-high heat and cook until browned, 7 to 10 minutes. Drain off the fat. One 14.5-ounce can tomato sauce, such as Pomi
1/2 cup ketchup
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 tablespoon dry mustard
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

2 cups chopped onions
3 lbs lean ground beef
2 cups barbecue sauce or 2 cups ketchup
1 cup french's classic yellow mustard
1/2 cup french's classic Worcestershire sauce
2 (15 ounce) packages hamburger slider rolls (about 24 rolls)

Steps:

1 jalapeno pepper, sliced

1/2 cup salsa verde
1-1/2 cups shredded sharp white cheddar cheese
