8 ounces uncooked spaghetti
2 tablespoons butter
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1 celery rib, chopped
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, cubed
1 can (10-1/2 ounces) condensed chicken broth, undiluted
2 cups chopped cooked turkey
1 jar (2 ounces) diced pimientos, drained
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • Cook spaghetti according to package directions; drain. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, heat butter over medium-high heat. Add mushrooms, celery and onion; cook and stir 6-8 minutes or until mushrooms are tender., Add cream cheese and broth; cook, uncovered, over low heat 4-6 minutes or until blended, stirring occasionally. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 medium onion, chopped
2 cans (4 ounces each) sliced mushrooms, drained
1/3 cup 2% milk
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
1 jar (2 ounces) chopped pimientos, drained
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Additional shredded cheddar cheese, optional

8 ounces cremini mushrooms, sliced
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 (14 ounce) can chicken broth
1 cup water
1 tablespoon dry sherry
8 ounces spaghetti, broken in half
2 cups cooked turkey, cubed
2 cups half-and-half, at room temperature (regular or fat-free)
1 cup frozen peas
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated (divided)
1 tablespoon Italian parsley, minced
fresh ground black pepper, to taste
