2 sticks butter
2 ¾ cups sugar (divided 2 and ¾ cups)
2 eggs, beaten
2 cups flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon salt
2 cups (1 pint) sour cream
1 tablespoon vanilla
2 cups pecans, chopped
1 tablespoon cinnamon

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350. Grease and flour a 12-cup bundt pan. 2. In a small bowl, mix ¾ cup of the sugar with the pecans and cinnamon. Set aside. 3. Cream together the butter and 2 cups of the sugar. Add eggs, blending well, then the sour cream and vanilla. 4. Sift the flour, baking powder, and salt. 5.
