Tips:

  • Choose the right shrimp. For this recipe, wild-caught shrimp are the best choice. They have a more intense flavor and are more sustainable than farm-raised shrimp.
  • Cook the shrimp properly. Overcooked shrimp are tough and chewy. To avoid this, cook them for no more than 2-3 minutes per side.
  • Use ripe mangoes. Ripe mangoes are sweet and juicy, which makes them perfect for this pizza.
  • Use a good quality pizza dough. The dough should be thin and crispy. You can use store-bought dough or make your own.
  • Don't overload the pizza. Too many toppings will make the pizza soggy.
  • Bake the pizza at a high temperature. This will help the crust get crispy.
  • Let the pizza cool slightly before slicing. This will help the toppings stay in place.
