  • Place hot cooked noodles on top and toss till well coated.
  • After steaks have been allowed to rest for a minute slice into strips and place over noodles.
  • Sprinkle with cilantro green onions and sesame seeds.

Tips:

  • Choose the Right Cut of Steak: Look for sirloin steaks that are at least 1 inch thick and have good marbling. Marbling is the white flecks of fat running through the steak, and it helps to keep the steak juicy and flavorful during cooking.
  • Bring the Steak to Room Temperature: Before cooking, remove the steak from the refrigerator and let it come to room temperature for about 30 minutes. This helps the steak to cook more evenly.
  • Season the Steak Generously: Season the steak on both sides with salt, pepper, and any other desired seasonings. This will help to enhance the flavor of the steak.
  • Cook the Steak Over High Heat: Sear the steak over high heat in a pan or on a grill to create a nice crust. This will help to lock in the juices and flavor of the steak.
  • Use a Meat Thermometer: To ensure that the steak is cooked to your desired doneness, use a meat thermometer. The internal temperature of the steak should be 145°F for medium-rare, 160°F for medium, or 170°F for well-done.
  • Let the Steak Rest: After cooking, let the steak rest for a few minutes before serving. This allows the juices to redistribute throughout the steak, resulting in a more tender and flavorful steak.

Conclusion:

In conclusion, sesame sirloin steak is a delicious and versatile dish that can be enjoyed by people of all ages. With its tender texture, rich flavor, and crispy sesame crust, this steak is sure to be a hit at any gathering. Whether you are cooking it for a special occasion or a casual weeknight dinner, sesame sirloin steak is a great choice that will not disappoint.
