1/4 c butter
2/3 c seasoned bread crumbs
1/4 c parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 tsp basil
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp salt
2 Tbsp white wine, dry
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1/2 c mushrooms, sliced
1/4 c almonds, slivered

Steps:

  • 1. In a 9 x 13-inch pan, melt butter in oven.
  • 2. In a separate pan, combine bread crumbs, cheese, basil, oregano, salt and garlic powder.
  • 3. Dip fish in melted butter, then in crumb mixture.
