Tips:

  • Choose tender zucchini: Look for small to medium-sized zucchini with smooth, unblemished skin. Avoid large zucchini, as they tend to be tough and seedy.
  • Cut the zucchini and celery into uniform pieces: This will help them cook evenly.
  • Don't overcrowd the pan: If you add too much zucchini and celery to the pan at once, they will not cook evenly and will become mushy.
  • Cook the zucchini and celery over medium-high heat: This will help them brown and caramelize.
  • Stir the zucchini and celery frequently: This will prevent them from sticking to the pan and burning.
  • Season the zucchini and celery with salt and pepper: You can also add other seasonings, such as garlic powder, onion powder, or red pepper flakes.
  • Serve the sautéed zucchini and celery immediately: They are best enjoyed hot.

Conclusion:

Sautéed zucchini and celery is a quick and easy side dish that is perfect for any occasion. It is healthy, delicious, and can be served with a variety of main courses. So next time you are looking for a simple and tasty side dish, give sautéed zucchini and celery a try. You won't be disappointed!
