1 (16 ounce) package pork breakfast sausage
1 sweet onion, chopped
7 eggs
1 (8 ounce) package Cheddar cheese, grated, divided
½ cup milk

  • Preheat an oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C). Prick potatoes several times with a fork and place onto a baking sheet.

I made this one morning camping, I usually make fried potatoes & eggs for everyone, but now I use Simply Potatoes, So much easier Plus you can use the different brands they sell. my favorite is southwest style. no chopping Onions, red, & green bell peppers up :-) I use hot sausage links cooked and browned ahead of time. usually the day before, I slice them like a 1/2 to 3/4 inch thick and save in fridge for the morning.

1 (20 ounce) package Simply Potatoes Southwest Style Hash Browns
3 hot Italian sausage links, cooked & browned
6 eggs, beaten
1 cup monterey jack pepper cheese, shredded
3 tablespoons olive oil

  • In a 12" skillet add sausage links, poke holes in the links with a fork or toothpick to release some grease, add 2 cups of water and cook on medium heat turning often until water is gone, about 20 minutes. continue cooking & turning until the links are browned on all sides, remove from pan & slice the links 3/4" inch and save for next step.

1 (16 ounce) package refrigerated pizza dough
1 1/2 cups marinara sauce
1/2 cup canola oil, divided

  • Oil a large bowl with 2 tablespoons oil, place pizza dough in bowl turning once, let warm to room temperature.
  • In a 12 inch skillet on medium heat, heat 2 tablespoons of oil.
