1 pound bulk pork sausage
½ cup chopped red bell pepper
¼ cup chopped onion
¼ cup chopped green onions
½ cup cream cheese
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
6 large eggs
¾ cup low-fat milk

Steps:
