Tips:

  • Choose the right salmon: For this recipe, it's best to use a fresh, wild-caught salmon fillet. Avoid using frozen salmon, as it can be watery and less flavorful.
  • Cook the salmon properly: To ensure that the salmon is cooked through but still moist, cook it over medium heat until it reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Don't overcook the spinach: Spinach cooks very quickly, so be careful not to overcook it. Otherwise, it will become wilted and mushy.
  • Use high-quality ingredients: The quality of your ingredients will greatly affect the flavor of the dish. Use fresh, flavorful spinach, crispy bacon, and a creamy, tangy Gorgonzola cheese.
  • Serve immediately: This dish is best served immediately after it is cooked. The salmon will be at its most tender and flavorful, and the spinach will still be crisp and vibrant.
