cooking spray
2 (7 ounce) salmon fillets, skin removed
1 (6 ounce) can lump crabmeat, drained and flaked
1 (4 ounce) can tiny shrimp, drained
½ cup chopped mushrooms
¼ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons lemon juice

Tips:

  • Choose the right pasta shells. Jumbo pasta shells are the best choice for this recipe, as they can hold a generous amount of filling. Look for pasta shells that are made from high-quality durum wheat semolina flour, as they will hold their shape better during cooking.
  • Cook the pasta shells al dente. This means that they should be cooked until they are just tender, but still have a slight bite to them. Overcooked pasta shells will be mushy and difficult to stuff.
  • Make sure the filling is well-seasoned. The filling is the star of this dish, so make sure it is packed with flavor. Use a variety of herbs and spices, and don't be afraid to taste it as you go and adjust the seasonings as needed.
  • Don't overstuff the pasta shells. You want the pasta shells to be able to close properly, so don't overstuff them with filling. If you do, they will likely burst open during cooking.
  • Bake the pasta shells until they are golden brown. This will give them a delicious crispy texture and help to hold the filling in place.

Conclusion:

Salmon stuffed pasta shells are a delicious and elegant dish that is perfect for a special occasion. They are relatively easy to make, but they look and taste like they came from a fancy restaurant. The combination of tender pasta, flaky salmon, and creamy sauce is simply irresistible. So next time you're looking for a special dish to impress your friends and family, give salmon stuffed pasta shells a try.
