1 teaspoon baking powder
2 cups unbleached all-purpose flour
1/2-2/3 cup chopped pistachio nut
granulated sugar

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°; lightly grease (or line with parchment paper) two baking sheets.

1 package (3.4 ounces) instant pistachio pudding mix

1 cup dark chocolate chips

  • In a large bowl, cream the butter, cream cheese and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in egg and vanilla.
