Number Of Ingredients 12

1 lb ground beef or sausage
1/2 onion (finely diced)
1 packet taco seasoning
1/2 cup water
16 oz Velveeta cheese (cubed)
4 oz Monterey Jack cheese (cubed)
8 oz cream cheese (cubed)
10 oz rotel tomatoes
10.5 oz cream of mushroom soup
1/3 cup chopped green onions
2 TBS chopped cilantro
1 Roma tomato (chopped)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375°F
  • Brown meat and onions in a skillet
  • Drain off grease
  • Add the taco seasoning and water
  • Stir and cook until water has evaporated
  • In a baking dish, add all remaining ingredients except Roma tomatoes.

1/4 c butter, room temperature
1/2 c onion, chopped
3 clove garlic, crushed
1 lb frozen crawfish, rinse and drained
1 lb velveeta cheese, cubed
1 can(s) rotel tomatoes, drained
1/2 c green onions, chopped

  • 1. Melt butter in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, cook 5 minutes or until tender, stirring frequently. Add crawfish; cook for 2 minutes, stirring frequently.
