Tips:

  • Choose the right potatoes: Fingerling potatoes are the best choice for this recipe because they are small and have a thin skin. They also hold their shape well when roasted.
  • Toss the potatoes in olive oil: This will help them get crispy and prevent them from sticking to the pan.
  • Roast the potatoes at a high temperature: This will help them get crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.
  • Season the potatoes well: Use a combination of garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and salt and pepper to taste.
  • Add the Parmesan cheese and parsley at the end: This will help the cheese melt and the parsley will add a fresh flavor.

Conclusion:

Roasted garlic Parmesan fingerling potatoes are a delicious and easy side dish that can be served with a variety of meals. They are crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and full of flavor. The combination of garlic, Parmesan cheese, and parsley is a classic that everyone will love.
