Number Of Ingredients 13

4 medium overripe bananas, mashed
1 egg
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 cups All Purpose flour
1 1/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/8 tsp salt
1 c. semi sweet chocolate chips
1 cup chopped Reese's peanut butter cups

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350ºF. Whisk together the bananas, sugar, egg, oil, peanut butter, and vanilla until smooth. In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Fold the dry ingredients into the wet and just mix until batter forms. Gently fold in the chocolate chips and peanut butter cups, careful to not overmix. Line a 9x5 loaf pan with foil or parchment and lightly spray with non-stick cooking spray. Pour the batter into the prepared pan. Bake for 55 minutes (start checking for done-ness at 45 minutes, cover the top with foil at that point if needed to prevent over-browning). Let cool before slicing.

1 tsp cinnamon
4 very ripe bananas, slightly mashed
1/2 c peanut butter
1 c sour cream
2 eggs
1/4 c coconut oil or canola oil
1 c packed light brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 - 1/2 c bite-sized peanut butter cups, or chopped peanut butter cups
1 (3- to 3.5-oz) bar premium dark chocolate, chopped

Tips:

  • Use ripe bananas: The riper the bananas, the sweeter and more flavorful your banana bread will be.
  • Don't overmix the batter: Overmixing the batter will make your banana bread tough. Mix just until the ingredients are combined.
  • Use a loaf pan that is at least 9x5 inches: A smaller loaf pan will make your banana bread too thick and dense.
  • Bake the banana bread until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean: This usually takes about 55-65 minutes.
  • Let the banana bread cool before slicing it: This will help it to hold its shape and prevent it from crumbling.
  • Store the banana bread in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days: You can also freeze the banana bread for up to 2 months.

Conclusion:

This Reese's Peanut Butter Cup Banana Bread is a delicious and easy-to-make treat that is perfect for any occasion. The combination of sweet bananas, rich peanut butter, and chocolatey Reese's Peanut Butter Cups makes this bread irresistible. Whether you are looking for a quick breakfast, a tasty snack, or a special dessert, this banana bread is sure to satisfy your cravings.
